Hunter J. Daniel

Hunter J. Daniel is an associate attorney at Joyce and Reyes Law Firm, P.A. Hunter grew up in south Tampa attending H.B. Plant High School. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics and two minors—one in Agricultural Law and the other in Management and Sales in Agribusiness. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida where he graduated with both the Pro Bono Certificate of Outstanding Achievement and the Community Service Certificate of Outstanding Achievement, the highest awards for public service at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Hunter worked at the State Attorney’s Office of the 13th Judicial Circuit both summers while in law school. His first summer was in the misdemeanor division, mainly working on traffic cases. The second summer, Hunter completed a Certified Legal Internship (CLI) in the domestic violence division where he tried and won his first jury trial, cementing his interest in litigation. Following graduation, he worked as a law clerk at both an Insurance Defense Law Firm and Personal Injury Law Firm.

Hunter is now representing clients in all matters of personal injury at Joyce and Reyes, P.A. However, his practice primarily focuses on premise liability and automobile negligence.
