How many car accidents occur each year in Florida?

According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, there were 316,943 U.S. car accidents in 2013. Of those, 140,074 accidents resulted in injuries to 210,887 people. Another 174,644 caused property damage only.
