Do I have to pay a fee for an attorney up front?

Joyce & Reyes represents personal injury clients on a contingency basis. This means that there is no up-front fee, and Joyce & Reyes fronts the costs associated with the case. There will only be a fee, usually a percentage of the settlement check, if Joyce & Reyes wins your case.

Contingency is beneficial for clients because it allows them to seek compensation for personal injury even if they do not have the resources to pay for the costs up front. In addition, it means that you only get representation if the attorney is confident he or she can win your case.

During your consultation, your attorney will discuss the size of the contingency fee with you.
